The Highland Language Centre was founded in 1985 by Ian Carus B.Phil.(TEFL) and his wife Myra Carus MA(TESOL).

They both have over 25 years teaching experience in the UK, continental Europe and the Middle East, and they have been involved in organising and teaching a wide variety of business courses.

They have specialised in one-to-one work with all levels of language learners from beginners to fluent speakers.

Ian & Myra teach alongside a team of well qualified trainers who add their own particular brand of expertise and experience to our courses.
